Located at the forecourt of Cape Town’s main train station, the projectcomprisesa 20-story high-risebuilding. The student residence includes 3,085 beds across 900 units.The units are 1, 3 or 4-bedroom apartments that come fully furnished with built-in cupboards, study desks,chairsandequipped kitchens.The ground floor retailcomponentspans 6,800m² of rentable area, contributing to the overall 74,000m² construction footprint, bringing convenience and activity to the area.
