This development represents a significant addition to the city鈥檚 urban fabric, combining state-of-the-art student accommodation with a dynamic retail space.
Located at the forecourt of Cape Town鈥檚 main train station, the project听comprises听a 20-story high-rise听building. The student residence includes 3,085 beds across 900 units.听The units are 1, 3 or 4-bedroom apartments that come fully furnished with built-in cupboards, study desks,听chairs听and听equipped kitchens.听The ground floor retail听component听spans 6,800m虏 of rentable area, contributing to the overall 74,000m虏 construction footprint, bringing convenience and activity to the area.听
