To provide service leavers with the enhanced capability to secure professional employment within the consultancy sector, ÐÓ°ÉÂÛ̳ has designed a \u2018Lean Consultancy\u2019 training course. The course focuses on deploying Lean Six Sigma improvement strategies to both industrial and commercial clients. These skills are highly sought after within the consultancy sector..<\/p>\n
Allied to our training programme, we can prepare and position service leavers to access the industrial consultancy market. We will continue to provide on-going support through our alumni programme. Once a service leaver has qualified through our course, they will be invited to join our alumni community. Upon joining, they’ll be able to access our closed LinkedIn group. Through the group, the service leavers will be informed of career opportunities within ÐÓ°ÉÂÛ̳ that will benefit from their unique skills.<\/p>\n

ÐÓ°ÉÂÛ̳ is a global consultancy business that employs circa 9,500 service leavers globally. We’re also a Gold recipient of the MoD Employer Recognition Scheme (ERS) and a business that already has a number of diverse military contracts. However, we want to do more. We recognise that any service leaver’s ultimate goal is to find meaningful employment and the courses that they can attend will help them in this goal.<\/p>\n
